Overview of the Croatian MLRS PAK-12 on the Humvee chassis of the Ukrainian army. The Ukrainian army began to use the Croatian 128-mm RAK-12 MLRS mounted on the chassis of the Humvee armored vehicle. The RACK-12 MLRS was developed in the early 1990s for the needs of the Croatian army, based on the Yugoslav M-63 Plamen MLRS, which was developed in 1963. Now this MLRS is in service with the armies of Croatia, Azerbaijan and was seen in Syria. The updated RAKSA-12 MILES from Madlerd is designed to fire at large areas at distances from 800 to 8500 meters. Croatian engineers have extremely lightened the design, which now weighs 570 kg without missiles and can be towed and installed on equipment. The launcher can launch 12 M91, M91A1 and M91A2 rockets. The transfer time of the launcher from transport to combat position is 1 minute 30 seconds.

The Czech Republic will transfer helicopters and participate in a program to train Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighter jets, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala announced Friday.

"The Czech Republic is one of the largest suppliers of military assistance to Ukraine. The war has lasted almost 500 days. We have sent 676 pieces of heavy equipment and over 4 million pieces of medium- and large-caliber ammunition to Ukraine," Fiala said in a statement posted to Twitter after a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Prague.

Fiala also said the Czech Republic would provide hundreds of thousands of large-caliber rounds, as well as simulators to help train Ukrainian pilots.

At a meeting of G7 leaders in Japan in May, U.S. President Joe Biden said the United States would support training of Ukrainian fighter pilots on the American-made F-16. Foreign military sales agreements require U.S. permission for transferring the aircraft to other nations.

The Defense Department has received requests from several countries seeking permission to train Ukrainians on the F-16 at sites in Europe.

The Czech Prime Minster pointed out that his nation has provided 676 pieces of heavy equipment and an average of 10,000 rounds of ammunition, at least one air defense system, special vehicle or tank to Ukraine per day since Russian's invasion in February 2022.

Australia is steadfast in supporting Ukraine to defend itself against Russia’s illegal and immoral invasion. Ensuring Ukraine can receive international assistance is a crucial part of that.

The Australian Defence Force (ADF) will deploy a Royal Australian Air Force E-7A Wedgetail aircraft to Germany for approximately six months from October to help protect a vital gateway of international humanitarian and military assistance to Ukraine. This deployment includes up to 100 crew and support personnel.

The deployment of the E-7A Wedgetail will integrate with the efforts of our partners, including the United States, and support the multi-layered protections in place for assistance into Ukraine.

The aircraft will provide early warning in the event of any threats outside of Ukraine against the gateway for humanitarian and military assistance.

ADF personnel or assets will not enter Ukraine throughout this deployment and the aircraft will not be involved in the current conflict in Ukraine. The E-7A will operate outside of Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian airspace.

We thank the German Government for hosting the aircraft and our personnel for the duration of the deployment.

The deployment demonstrates Australia’s commitment to support our allies and partners in upholding the international rules-based order.

Britain handed BAE Systems (BAES.L), the country's biggest defence company, a 280 million pound ($361 million) order for munitions, seeking to ramp up production to replenish its stockpiles and ensure supply for Ukraine.

Britain and its NATO allies have sent millions of rounds of ammunition to Ukraine, sparking concern about domestic stock levels, and British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said the new contract would address this risk.

BAE will increase UK production capacity for 155mm artillery ammunition eightfold as a result of the new order, allowing a jump in output of what is NATO standard munitions.

Sunak, who has pumped an extra 5 billion pounds into Britain's military over the last year, will call on other leaders to boost defence spending to 2% of GDP at a key NATO summit in Lithuania later on Tuesday.

The new order includes an option for the government to increase its value to more than 400 million pounds.

The production of ATGM Stugna-P has been increased in Ukraine, an overview of the complex. Ukraine has quadrupled the production of Stugna-P anti-tank systems, said the Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleksandr Kamyshin. ATGM "Stugna-P" adopted by the army of Ukraine in 2011. We can say this is a successful development of the military industrial complex of Ukraine. The ATGM is exported under the name Skif, this is a Ukrainian-Belarusian development. The ATGM is equipped with a semi-automatic laser beam guidance system. It is also possible to control the rocket from a remote control from a closed position. The missile can be programmed to attack from above the target, from a height of 10 meters, or directly. When attacked from above, the missile can miss, according to Forbes American experts. The main advantage of the ATGM is the use of a wired remote control for the missile. The remote control allows the ATGM crew to work from a closed position on a television channel, this is convenient and the ATGM crew is safe. The range of the ATGM flight, when using 152 mm RK-2M-K missiles, is up to 5500 meters, penetration is up to 1100 mm of homogeneous steel. When using 130 mm RK-2S missiles, armor penetration is about 800 mm. The mass of anti-tank systems with a rocket is 90 kg. The price of the Stugna-P ATGM is about 20 thousand dollars.
