The bit about part of him dying too is echoed in the voices of so many other Veterans I have spoken to who had found themselves having to kill.

As an Artillerymen I saw very little "Hand to Hand" or close up fighting but we often saw the results of our war machine. I still remember the poor bastards we slaughtered in the name of war and although I accept I was doing my job, I am not proud of the death that we bring on our brothers and sisters.

Lets hope that we find a way to stop this S**t and live in peace. That was a short but extremely powerful clip
