Lawrence Livermore Laboratories has discovered the heaviest element yet known to science.
The new element, Governmentium (Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons.

Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert; however, it can be detected because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a second, to take from 4 days to 4 years to complete. Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2 - 6 years. It does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places. In fact, Governmentium's mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganisation will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes.

This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass. When catalysed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium, an element that radiates just as much energy as Governmentium since it has half as many peons but twice as many morons.

By jove, I think he's got it!! A brilliant deduction concerning the connections between Governmentium and it's much more unstable form, Administratium. However, you have seemed to have overlooked one very important minor element that has a huge effect in the forming of Administratium; Specialitious-Interestium-Groupustic,(also known as SIG).

SIG, though an electronless, high moron content element itself, is none the less responsible for high levels of critical morass when it is placed in direct contact with Administratium. It has been therorized that this is due to a strong influx of the subatomic particles, Briberitium and Sexustium, (also known as BS).

Since SIG contains vast amounts of BS, it causes Administratium to shift it's high moron content into the spectrum of SIG's influence; resulting in a high level of instability and a byproduct of the joining of the two elements which is called Lamebrainedness-Kickbactium. This unstable collection of morons and peons has had dire consequences to the long term stability of Administratium, which has more often than not, been the cause of Mediatric-Uproarious; which in turn has activated more BS from SIG, which in turn, generates even larger morons.

These oversized morons, also called incumbents, have an uncanny ability to redirect the side effect Mediatric-Uproarious into much less caustic outlets, thus returning the stability of Administratium to it's previous levels. This is called Party-Cohesion.bou;bou;bou;
