I Can't Get Many Documents Of Evidence Into My Army Records Showing Mixup Of My Medical,Personnel Records Due To Big Mistakes By Army Review Board
Making this post easier to read, I present a much shorter story here of my not being able to get many documents of my evidence into my own Army records showing Army,VA mixup of my medical and personnel records due to many big, incompetent mistakes by Army Review Board For Correction Of Military Records. I will present in plural wrong not mine, ID SSN numbers, and wrong, not mine, Service ID number missed by first Army Review Board. Also 3 Psychiatrists signing I am normal psychiatrically in '65,'67,,'69 Army reenlistment exams and my separation in Nov 30,'67 same Army exam where I sign I have never been at any mental hospital. See Sf City College official Transcript in Spring 1976, Summer '76,Fall '76 showing I was in attendance at City College,yet there is a compensation .request letter in Spring April 7 1976 to Sf VA from Wash DC at same time showing clearly Army,VA mixup of my records. I can't be in 2 places at the same time. I also sent Army Review Board proof I was a Christian. But nothing melts their cold,cold hearts.
Moreover, See 2 DD 214's with same Army Discharge date Oct 20,70 one showing No Physical Disability and other DD 214 showing Physical Disability. Sf VA Rep Dorian Carr, ssid there were National Guard documents in my records. He said I could use his name. May God and Jesus Bless him for doing his job. I was never in National Guard.
Furthermore see also SFGH Dr. Hilary Seligman's letter May 5 ,16 saying I do not have Autism,nor the other serious medical conditions I found wrongfully put in my records. DA 261 AG form dated March 10,'70 I sign saying in Box 14 when asked I didn't put any hospital dates. Also Box 2a shows wrong ID Service number. There is more documents showing Army, VA mixup of my records,but they're self explanatory to see. I found out mixup of my records when I checked to see if I had any VA Health benefits as stated in their Progress note thru VA Rep in 2011 who said I have a disability in my Army VA records.
Ca Rep Eric Stalwell, Maryland's Sen Van Holland said it' s not their jurisdiction to help me get my records corrected. Not even a letter. Thus, I cannot get any help with my documents of evidence being put into my Army records so truthful facts and accurate honest facts are in my Army records thus clearing my good name as I was never at any 4 mental hospitals nor had Autism, Blurred vision so cannot read, Gp therapy,and Tinnitus,etc. I had many Awards in Army.
Only Sec of Army,Army Review Boards, Federal Courts can change Army records. Obviously a veteran as myself nor other Veterans can afford an Attorney. Rep. Nancy Pelosi's and Sen. Barbara Boxer's offices said they do not have authority to change Army records.
Moreover, it was copy clerk at St. Louis,Mo who didn't send me many documents he should have costing me Army Review Board consideration because didn't get in time by 1 week Dec 18,14 my documents as you get so unintelligently 1 Appeal only. AR 15-185. . Then my rerequest for my Army records got lost. Then Army Review Board missed seeing wrong,not mine, ID Service number and later Appeal Board said I did submit wrong ,not mine, ID Service number and I submitted wrong,not mine, SSN number and later I submitted one more wrong SSN number,not mine, as well.
Moreover, then when sending more documents of my evidence to them said I just did an Inquiry. My documents of evidence showing mixup of my Army records never by Army Review Board mentioned in their Decisions sadly so. Then when I responded to their Oct 13,17 Medical Advisory letter said I never responded. See my documents to their contact Maria C. Davis. Then after waiting a year as takes this long due to many applicants, this Dep Dir Natalie Abt,Army Review Board, said I get no more Appeals just one and closed my case out. She and Director Sarah Bercaw, Army Review Board never responded to my explaining they made big mistakes.
A terribly, very cruel Army,VA mixup of my records as stated should never be handled in such an awful negligent manner as was done by Army Review Board For Correction Of Military Recotds. Also Army Review Board no longer takes phone calls. 1-703-545-6900. Army Review Board can have civilians on it as well.
