WILSON, Edward

Lieutenant, 3rd Brigade, South African Infantry died 2nd May 1916. Son of the Rev. Canon James Maurice-. Wilson, D.D., (Vice-Dean of Worcester) and Georgina Mary Wilson nee Talbot, of 14, College, Worcester. Two of his brothers Hugh who fell in WW1 and (Sir Arnold Talbot WILSON, K.C.I.E., C.S.I., C.M.G., D.S.O. Pilot Officer, Air Gunner 75684, 37 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, killed in action 31st May 1940 aged 56, husband of Lady Wilson, of Saffron Walden, Essex. Formerly Lt.-Col., 32nd Sikh Pioneers. Awarded King's Medal and Sword of Honour, Sandhurst. M.P. Hitchin (Herts.) Division, 1933-1940.
