Born Bodmin Cornwall 24 April 1875 to William Henry and Susan Ann Billing of 16 Market Street, Bodmin. 1891 at the home of the Dunthorne family at Green Lane Burnham Buckinghamshire, occupation aged 15, nursery maid. 1901 aged 20 Nurse at York County Hospital. 1911 Matron aged 35 at Torbay Hospital, Union Street, Torquay
At the time of her death on the 18 November 1922 her last home residence was 4 Royal Park Clifton Bristol. She died at the Fourth Eden Nursing Home, Torquay. Her effects went to Charles Peter Billing alderman of the city of Bristol.
Served in Salonika 20 May 1918.
Service medals issued 2 May 1924.
