In memory of Arthur Francis MARSHALL. Captain 68th Light Infantry, and deputy Assistant Quartermaster General, Bombay Army, son of Thomas Horncastle Marshall, formerly County Court Judge of this District who died of Cholera at Ahmedabad East Indies on the 11th June 1875 aged 37. Erected by his old brother Officers of the 68th Light Infantry in affectionate remembrance of a gallant soldier and a beloved friend. (Wills and Admin, Ancestry) Arthur Francis Marshall, late Captain of Her Majesty's 68th Regiment of Foot, a bachelor who died 11th June 1875 at Ahmedabad, Bombay in the East Indies. His effects went to his brother, Herbert Menzies Marshall of 22 Old Burlington Street, Middlesex, and Artist This memorial is in St Peters Church (Leeds Minster) Leeds, Yorkshire
