Trained at Melton Red Cross Hospital, Woodbridge. Resided at The Nurses Co-operation, 22 Langham Street, Portland Place, London, W.1. Enlisted 8 January 1916. And posted to the above stated hospital.
Terminated her engagement 29 February 1916.
Died 16 April 1918 aged 30 of an illness which she contracted in the service of the French Red Cross at VAD Hospital Mentone France in 1916
At rest in Manchester Southern Cemetery, Lancashire.

She is commemorated on a wood screen in York Minster, York.
