Have you done a ride with them and are you happy?
Do Swiss Army knives now have a blade lock? Many years ago, I injured myself while working with a Swiss Army knife, and I have never bought another one since. Instead, I have been using my old Leatherman for many years and am very happy with it...I've decided to go with what I know. Retired the Classic SD on my keychain and replaced it with the Rambler. Then the Fieldmaster for winter EDC, for work and when I know that I might have stuff to do. Lastly I also bought a Waiter for summer when the thicker Fieldmaster in my slimmer shorts won't sit so well, when I'm off work and not planning to do anything. Conveniently my winter coats have dedicated pockets which would fit the Waiter perfectly, but carrying three SAKs seems a bit excessive
Those two are replacing a very old CJH pliers multitool (German budget brand).
The pocket clips, miniature screwdriver and firesteel are still in the mail (the last one is considered a destructive device). Might also make a short paracord lanyard, not sure yet.

Out in the Cold yes am happy , Monsoon weather not fully tested ..Have you done a ride with them and are you happy?
Some do, I know the Ranger grip ones have a liner lock as well as the new Synergy line (loads of negative reviews out on those though). A lot of European countries don't allow blade locks.Do Swiss Army knives now have a blade lock? Yea the German Laws have changed recently too. But as far as i know, the old Leathermans are allowed because you cant open them with one Hand....A lot of European countries don't allow blade locks...
Hm, never heard of that brand before... I will search if i can get them here in Germany somewhere. After a long pause in driving bikes, i bought a Hond SH 300 Scooter, a bit over a year ago. And iam still searching for the right clothes. They are Size Medium they will also take an underglove View attachment 547250

Especialy the gloves. It seems i have too different Hands. What fits good on one side is too narrow on the other side. Especially with the turn signal, the Button on this scooter is not well formed in my eyes. And instead of moving the button from right to left, sometimes (with the glove thumb sticking out too far) you press the button and it doesn't move at all.
That's really annoying. Unfortunately, the only gloves that fit really well (with exactly the right thumb length) are not suitable for these temperatures... What's more, there seems to be hardly any gloves that are truly rainproof. Sooner or later, they all get wet (at least all the brands I've tried so far that were sold to me as waterproof...).
Are this your gloves? ARCTIC GORE-TEX GLOVES
Ah right. Yeah the bottle cap lifter has a half stop which means it doesn't close as easily. The can opener on the other hand closes very smoothly. I don't understand why they don't put a half stop on the can opener instead for safety purposesYea the German Laws have changed recently too. The accident happened with a Screwdriver on a Swiss knife that was combined with a can opener. The Screw was very thight, and when it suddenly came loose, I peeled the skin off my finger with the can opener... I was really shocked by what it did, I was bleeding like a pig.
Thx for the tip, but free delivery is only possible if you buy for more than 175€ (if your located in Germany)... I found another source here in Germany, bought it for 157 € incl. delivery. Wish me luck with the fitting... ;-)If you from the sportsbikeshop ..you'll get free delivery and cheaper
I thought I was the only guy to drive a car over 20 years old! Bought my pickup brang new and it still gets me around after all this time. Zero trade-in value so I'll keep plugging away in it until the wheels fall off.And now to something completely different, our new car!
Our old car died with the age of 23 due to an undetectable electrical fault and we needed a new one.
After an intensive search, we ended up with him:

A third-generation Mitsubishi Outlander, first registered in September 2017, 2.2-liter diesel, automatic, 110 kW (150 PS) all-wheel drive, and only one previous owner.
It still looks brand new, is extremely comfortable to sit in, and now we have plenty of space for our grandchildren and all their bits and bobs ;-)
If i had a choice, i would have driven my old one till he falls apart too, but "someone" had other plans... The "electric Gremlins" killed him... I also had reservations about diesel, but the winters here have been mild in recent years, and considering that it's getting a little warmer every year (at least here in Germany), I hope that doesn't happen here. I originally wanted a gasoline engine, but they weren't available at short notice, or only as 2WD, which was a no-go...I thought I was the only guy to drive a car over 20 years old! I like your ride! The only change if I was to buy one would be gas instead of diesel - it gets cold enough here in the winter to turn that into jelly.
Not the only one. My Jeep LJ is a 2005 built late 2004. 150K hard miles, lots of off road.I thought I was the only guy to drive a car over 20 years old! Me too! My work commute is a 2010 Holden (GM) Commodore. I've been expecting it to die for the past 2 years but it just keeps plugging away. It's not worth anything as a trade or sell so I'll drive it till it rolls over and dies. My mechanic reckong I'll probably drop off the perch before the Dunny door (look it up!)Not the only one.
