Other Post Worse location I've ever seen to build Flats

Who ever allowed flats to be built at that location ... should be put in Jail . I wonder how many have sought for there money back . And if it wasn't for that block in front of the other which some chap was filming ...from . They also would have been evacuated ...

If that block wasn't there the flats from which the person was filming .. would have taken the brunt of the waves ...And if it was at night and the front block was obliterated .. would we see anyone actually get jailed ??
