YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 12, 2017) Sailors heave a mooring line on the fantail of the Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), as it moors pier side at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). Ronald Reagan returned to CFAY after completing sea trails, an ordnance onload and replenishment-at-sea.
