Question? What helmet is this?

So recently bought this helmet a few months ago, the seller said it was a Hungarian m42 helmet, I looked at it again today and suspect it’s a Soviet SSH-40 helmet, but I don’t know, can anyone help identify it? And possibly tell how much it could be worth, I bought it for $35.
