USS Des Moines (CA 134) Taken during the 1955 Cruise(midshipmen) Able: Norfolk - Malaga, Spain - Plymouth, England - Guantanamo, Cuba - Norfolk. It was taken as the ship passed Gibralter inbound to Malaga. The midshipman not on watch were on deck to view the scenery.
