History repeats due to the frailties of human nature.Vaping is being sold as good for you by the UK govt and they were fully behind Gin aswell.

But vaping is equally addictive and we can bet the makers will add whatever mildly euphoric chemical to it that assists the user to become addicted for life.

What makes it addictive is the nicotine added to it by former smokers. The various flavors are also addictive and candies like, but IMO nowhere as bad as a cigarette.

Otherwise I’d hope (as a vaper and former smoker) that it’s far less unhealthy than normal smokes, since vaping has been invented for a decade or so, the pros have been advocated even by doctors and scientists while the cons have yet to be clearly established.
