Army commandos during the exercise.

Regular infantry of a commando cadet during qualification course. If he is a commando cadet it should be taken around 3-4 years ago. The equipment is looking outdated...

TurAF woman General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon pilot after the bombing sortie during 'Operation Claw-2'.

I am sorry to say that but that is far from being true. The plane you shared is a T-38 Talon trainer jet. You can easily understand it with it's white paint and non-bubble type canopy contrary to F-16 and lastly the Martin & Baker Mk.16 ejection seat (F-16 is using McDonnell Douglas ACES II ejection seat). And one last detail that she is using MBU-12 oxygen mask. Ast far as I know All of the F-16 squadrons in the TurAF have been replaced their MBU-12 with the low profile MBU-20 oxygen masks. So in enlightenment with these I will not mention you a trainer arcraft can't be used in a combat operation...

In what appears to be a fairly dangerous environment is it a good idea to parade next to your MPV's? One MG or one grenade/ied and your patrol is not patrolling.

It should be a part of a mutual exchange programme. As far as I know Turkish military is training Georgian soldiers at Eğirdir Mountain & Commando Training Command alongside with other foreign trainees for almost a decade

Yep. It's bilateral, and also part of multilateral NATO PFP program ( Partnership for Peace )

Edit: In this case trilateral actualy. Azeris also take part.

They have areial surveillance and protection of the attack helicopters and Turkish BMC Kirpi II MRAPs have aselsan Sarp 12.7mm RWS which can offer thermal 360 degree observation and stabilized fire support for the convoy so with all of these it would be really hard to miss a hostile in open field. Also the the Turkish BMC Kirpi II MRAPs are equipped with the aselsan mobile jammer units (can be seen on the back of the vehicles) but the cabled IEDs are still a threat. However the enviroment they are patrolling was not that "hot". It was held by the SDF militia for a while so it would be very suprising for them to attack a military convoy containing US forces.

The Turkish Air Force has received delivery of a further 4 TAI ANKA-S MALE Class UCAV's bringing the total number of TAI ANKA's in the Turkish Armed Forces inventory to 112..
The ANKA-S is optimised for long-range operation and is controlled by TurkSat Satellites.
Turkey is the world's second largest operator of MALE class UCAV's after the US. Its inventory currently consists of:
127 x Baykar TB-2
112 x TAI ANKA
4 x TAI Aksungur (Order for 80)
1 x Baykar AKINCI (Order for 98)

These numbers are not quite correct. According to official news sources Turkish military currently operates 28 units of TAI Anka model (8 Anka-S and 4 Anka-B UCAV for Turkish Navy, 8 Anka-A and 4 Anka-S for TurAF and 4 Anka-I SIGINT for intelligence) with the +18 more Anka-S ordered by TurAF. Apart from the TAI Anka Turkish military is using 87 units of Baykar Bayraktar TB2 UAV/UCAV and 10 units of modified IAI Heron UAVs and slightly more than 100 units of Baykar Bayraktar mini UAVs.
