Pathfinder training, one of the most challenging courses in the Canadian Armed Forces, qualifies soldiers to be specialists in advance deployment into hostile environments to prepare for the arrival of main fighting forces. Soldiers selected for the training learn to survive and operate in isolated conditions and become experts at controlling parachute drop zones, helicopter landing zones, beach zones and tactical airstrips.

Britsh Army personnel training on the GPMG
Taking a careful look at the guy in the centres face and beret badge I would suggest that this is in fact 2 British Paras training an Iraqi Soldier on the GPMG.

I find it near an above link
