I find it very hard to believe that there are upwards of 50,000 individuals who visit the site on a daily basis, yet there are less than 50 active members, realistically even ~25. Less than 0.1% seems really extreme to me. More likely to be web crawlers and ad vendors with some malfunctioning mixed in where the same entities activate hundreds of scrapers simultaneously on the site imo. That is legit traffic, but not actual functional use nor cost effective.

Agreed mate, very likely crawlers, scrapers still looking into the best and most cost effective way of dealing with them.
