Russia really wants Crimea, and it wants Ukraine to agree to it, so EU etc can agree to it, and drop sanctions.

Sadly most Coup attempts never happen with the full or majority support of the population. Majority of Coup attempts are done by a small group of officers who kinda have a messianic complex that believes the "way of life" is being thrown out the window. This is why a hawkish armed forces is always something to watch out for. Specially when a civilian government is throwing its advantage away.
As for China, the Chinese Armed Forces was created to protect the government and not its people. With a stronger propaganda machinery, they will hurt but coup attempts or over throw will most likely not happen. As an example, a few years back there was a military drill in Shanghai... which was weird. Most realized later it was Beijing sending a message to the Business men of Shanghai who was in charge of the state.
Again, for Ukraine, show me a proper peace plan with the US backing the victim of this war and I will start believing the US really wants peace. Right now, the US offer is Ukraine capitulation, and that means the US has an agenda. Let the Ukrainians decide, they know what would happen if the US backs down, so if they believe that its the way to go let them. Trump has been telling it would walk away, walk away already.

He is trialed in May. Sadly we have pussy laws here making such subjects life's easier.
There is warfare for foreign powers and sabotage.
But it's all only few years. Guys like him should die in jail. Probably also committed war crimes.
He surely planned to retire here and parasite on our system while working and dreaming for Putler.

The German state organs must act much more robust here to catch and punish these enemies of the state.

Well how about we let the Ukrainians decide what a "peaceful solution" means for them. Whether it was Trump or Biden, my stance was the same. F*** Russia and their cohorts.
Right now, the Russian, Chinese and North Korea... North Korea (projecting power), seems to be a more solid alliance.
Nobody is stopping Zelensky from deciding what a "peaceful solution" means for Ukraine. He has every right to tell Trump to piss off.

You can have an intermediary like the US bring the parties together. In the end both Zelensky and Putin have to agree to peace. If one or both tell Trump to piss off...he'll probably just piss off, and that will be that.

In the end the agressor is Russia. Don't know whom they want to fool here.

Russia seems very butthurt at being a pariah. And wants to use it's new leverage in Washington to wash itself clean and return to the table on which they shat in 2022.
That's not how it works. And accusing the supporters of the victim of a military assault preceded by foreign infiltration elements as war mongers.
Is just nonsense.
Russias military situation is not that good and Ukraines not that bad.
Russia didn't make any concessions and is even rewarded for their aggression.
So cool now stronger nations can just assault weaker ones and in case it doesn't go well. We get the deal maker out who makes a deal like a toddler by putting pressure on the victim so the attacker at least get what he has stolen until then.

Sad to see them being rewarded by Orange man in ways unimaginable before.

The Pantsir-S1 air defense missile and gun system reportedly shot down all 12 HIMARS MLRS missiles. GMLRS missiles are a difficult target, and practice has shown that air defense operators must have experience working on such targets.
