Seems the Ukrainians were right in the assumption that Putler doesn't have enough experienced troops to retake Kursk and continue pressing on other fronts. Thats why he needs the Norks.

He just needs more bodies for the rest of his war machinery to function.

This must have consequences. If Norks can participate NATO can also destroy them.

Or give Ukraine long range weapons.

I'm guessing that Trump will try to force Europeans to buy more US weapons to give to Ukraine instead of the US taxpayer paying for them. The main emphasis is always on the unbalanced contribution to NATO, so lowering cost and increasing domestic industrial output should address the issue without much difference in how f*cked russia is.
