Mărășești Frigate joint exercise with HMS Dragon in the Black Sea. Also two RoAF MiG-21 and a Royal Canadian AF Hornet participated in the exercise. - my mistake, there were 2 x CF-18 and 2 x F-16

Recently, our CF-18 jets participated in a series of exercises with the Romanian Air Force and Navy and the Royal Navy over the Black Sea. These exercises are key to improve and maintain interoperability between Air and Sea elements of NATO nations. #WeAreNATO #OpREASSURANCE

IAR 330 pre-modernisation




IAR 93 ground attack aircraft, developed together with SOKO, their variant was named SOKO J-22 Orao. The IAR 93 was retired in 1998, while the Serbs still fly theirs. (photo taken in june 1995)
