Question? queens regiment......

My uncle served with this regiment he was posted to Gulf war, Gibraltor and NI, his name was Iaan James MacCormack, he served in the 70s and 80s, he lived in army houses Tidworth and Ludgershall...how do I find out which specific part of this regiment he was in??? Have no family or other details!
may be impossible, unless someone knows him.

Also, my uncle Victor served I think in the same regiment but late 60s and 70s, he died 1978, after he had left the army. He was born Barnet herts.

You can write to the Regimental Headquarters PWRR (Queen's & R. Hampshires), Howe Barracks, Canterbury, Kent. Do a search for the full address on the Army site. They may be able to help you.
