Yes, it's 122 mm 2s1. They are still used in the Polish Army.
It is planned to replace their Polish 155mm Self-Propelled Howitzers KRAB (based on the British Braveheart howitzers), but the replacement will take years.

KRAB self-propelled howitzers in artillery units are gradually replacing 2s1 Goździk. Howitzers 2s1 is currently around 320, replacing them has 120 howitzers KRAB. In turn, the howitzers wz.1977 DANA is to be replaced by the currently developed system based on the designed 155 mm KRYL light howitzer, built on the truck chassis Jelcz.
