Have always wondered, and this seems as good a place as any. The external stores on hardpoints on the wings - do they swivel when the wings change angle? Stores pointing forward when the wings aren't swept, will no longer be pointing forward when they are swept?

Yes they do. The pylons are automatically adjusted to the wing sweep.
