Name two current US Army infantry weapons which are or have been used by the British Army, one of which was not adopted by the US until several years after it had been retired by us and the other about 40 years after the Brits adopted it.

Clue - neither are of British origin.

I think I know one of them, I used it in NI. But the other one....
 
That's a negative ED - I'm looking at current service weapons
 
I'm thinking one of them is the L7 GPMG (MAG 58, M240G, C6) and the other is the old Carl Gustav 84mm

I got it completely wrong, I thought one was the M79 Grenade Launcher which we had in NI. :oops:
