Intro Navy veteran

I am a throwback to a different time. I left the Navy in 1971. Both ships that I served on have been sunk for target practice. While on a N. Atlantic cruise I photographed the attached photo. I think that it was probably soviet. Might anyone be able to identify it?

Your photo is a Project 56A Spokoiny (NATO Kotlin SAM) class destroyer, possibly Nastoychivy but he only wore that number in 1968
