Bow comparison between the Spanish F-101 Álvaro de Bazán frigate, first ship of its namesake class, and the Arleigh Burke-class Thomas Hudner (DDG-116).

The higher position of the SPY1 radar antennae compared to the US ship gives the F-101 a slightly longer horizon range, being one of the notable things about the F-100 frigates.
Something complex and showing the notable efforts by Navantia and Lockheed Martin to install the AEGIS combat system in a smaller ship than the ones equipping this system at the time.

In a harbor scene at Norfolk, Virginia in the early 1950s, the battleship USS Missouri (BB-63) is moored alongside the heavy cruisers USS Albany (CA-123) and USS Macon (CA-132). The three large warships—representing some of the most powerful U.S. naval vessels of the post–World War II era—sit side by side at the pier. Their tall superstructures, heavy gun batteries, and imposing profiles reflect the Cold War–era fleet at a time when battleships and heavy cruisers still formed the backbone of U.S. naval power. The photograph captures a rare grouping of iconic capital ships during routine operations in one of the Navy’s busiest ports.View attachment 546143
This is a digitally altered AI image. None of the named ships are in this image. The image shows 3 vessels of the same class but if you look at the first ship alongside you can see the turrets are of 2 guns but the A turret has a 3rd barrel "floating". It is also not the 1950s but probably 1930s-1940s. The vessels themselves are entirely wrong and don't resemble any USN cruiser type leave alone USS Missouri

HMS Malaya photographed on September 4, 1941.

The battleship (a veteran Queen Elizabeth-class battleship that took part in the Battle of Jutland on May 31, 1916, firing 215 381mm shells and sustaining 8 heavy-caliber hits that caused minor damage, fires, numerous leaks, and 217 casualties) had already survived serious damage earlier that year (on March 20) following a torpedo attack by the German submarine U-106View attachment 546145
Another digitally altered AI image. The ship is moving ahead but also has minor vessels alongside including an indeterminate ship on the left of the image. This image doesn't appear to exist as an historical photo
