Always amazes me how the name or designation of military equipment is incorrectly described, mainly by the press.
here is an example of how the BBC describe a British Self propelled Artillery gun as a tank
How many of you seen?, share them here this could get interesting ;)

British Tanks Readied for Gulf

They do eventually refer to the above equipment as a 155mm AS90 Sp gun however the picture is misleading.

I have seen this many times but will have to do some digging to find them all.

Bombardier, we have the same thing with the Medical Corps. I’ve seen ADS (Advance Dressing Station) named as Field Hospitals. An ADS is about a mile behind the front line and its job is to keep the casualty alive so that he can be transferred back to the Field Hospital which is about 8 – 10 miles back so that the patient can be operated on and kept alive.
