That is a very big scope for a supressed 10/22 which would have a ballistic path like a thrown marble - maybe 75 meters maximum effective range. What are they used for?

Its part of their equivalent of public order/civil disobedience equipment. Generally seen as a longer range "Less than Lethal" method for dealing with the likes of stone or sling throwers who can out range some other natures. A lot of less than Lethal kit isn't all that accurate or precise past 30m where as with the 10/22 you can pick someone in a crowd and "let them know" confidently out much further with minimal collateral issues. Unsure if they use a special ammo nature for it though.
Introducing the INS Magen, Israel's first Sa'ar 6 corvette. In the Israeli tradition, it's over-armed for a 1900-ton ship with 40 Barak-8 medium-long range SAM just fore of the rear comms-and-EW mast, an Otomelara 76mm, a pair of triple 324mm torpedo launchers, a pair of 30mm RWS, space amidships for 16 slant-launched SSM (4x4), and space on the bow for 2x20 C-dome launchers, the navalised version of Iron Dome.
