You can't expect things to change drastically in just 2 to 3 days, especially since the regime is still able to clap back.

Keep in mind the people reportedly suffered about 30.000 killed/wounded/arrested/tortured/disappeared very recently.

Both the US and Israel (and IIRC also Pahlavi) have called on Iranians to stay inside for now. It's hard to revolt while bombs are raining down and besides that the regime becomes weaker every day, but four days isn't enough to paralyze mainly their logistics to the point where the ability to oppress would start to deteriorate. More strategic and tactical assets need to be hit before Warthogs, Reapers and AC-130s can effectively "deter" Basij thugs and IRGC formations on the operational level.
