Two days ago at the school where I teach, a thief (6 foot, 180 pound pothead with his right forearm in a cast) stole an I-pod from "victem" (5 foot 8, 140 pounds) and was seen by about four students. When victem called him on it, thief proceeded to pummel victem with his cast leaving him with severe facial injuries in a matter of seconds. Thief was arrested for assault.
The arresting officer brought thief before the judge, where thief said, "I didn't steal anything, they are all lying!" Judge asked how much the I-pod was worth, the arresting officer said, "about 325 dollars." Thief exclaimed loudly, "That thing wasn't worth that much!"
