Its been like this all weekend . It was working fine .. then when i came home from work on Friday . Couldn't connect at all ..

Has my IP been blocked disabled ...even though my router has 4 green lights . Or is my internal modem goosed ??

try to flush the DNS and renew your IP using ipconfig

to launch ipconfig:

https://internethelp.centurylink.com/internethelp/os-windows-10-ipconfig.html

then type
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
