My punt at this would be the pentagon are after extra funding to get a foothold in the current space race . Didn't they recently comission a kind of space army or something because that's what the human race needs , soldiers in space . Either way you could argue for the existence of UFOs as it's just an unidentified object . As for them being extra terrestrial ......mmmmm .
