I have 2 great uncles who died in ww2.
They are at the Anzio cemetery.
There names were Wilfred & Ernest Stafford.
They were in the Welch regiment. Infantry.
I don't know much else & I'm trying to find stuff out and more about them.

wow - lived in Matlock most of my life - noticed the tag - had a look at the list, there are some real Derbyshire names in there - lived across the valley from St.Giles church - had our marriage confirmation there - the big war memorial is above the church right near the edge of the cliff
