One of the key claims in the UN Commission Of Enquiry "Genocide" report is that Israel deliberately destroyed embryos and sperm in storage tanks inside an IVF clinic with a tank shell (yes a "concentration camp" with an IVF clinic, you read correctly). This is used to claim Israel is preventing births as part of their campaign to destroy Palestinians in Gaza. However as you can see here, unsurprisingly the claim doesn't quite add up...

Arguably, feeding nutella to someone who is starving is a great way to have them develop medical issues with, potentially, severe complications.
Nutella is nothing but empty calories, so they would rather get very sick before getting fat to "erase any proof of starvation".

Not sure how this is a middle finger to Putin or Russia though, since they are in relatively good terms, all things considered.
Under Lapid things were not that great, but when Netanyahu came back, and later Trump, things improved.
And the Abraham Accords are a relatively good thing for Russia in the region as well since they weaken Turkey and Iran (which Russia allows Israel to conduct strikes on in Syria).
