Actually they banned Machetes in Victoria (just the start). Police state.
Quite frankly, some sort of ordinance that at least restricts the sale of machetes isn't the worst idea. Last year in Germany, statistics showed a clear correlation between an increase in machete-violence and a popular discounter selling one at a knocked-down price. Who the hell needs a machete anyway, it's a terrible tool as far as gardening or forestry is concerned.

We literally have jungle rainforest. The tree huggers reside in towns and will never venture off a track, most would be lost within 30 yards. They are all for the ban of something they could have blazed a trail with. Oh thats also been banned.

My first job partly involved clearing bush and scrub with an axe. Conservation workers have been banned from using them, yes it crazy. Too dangerous and now they actually are getting injuries to their eyes from over growth on tracks.

A cache of firearms has been seized following a search warrant at a Henderson property.Police A cache of homemade and 3D-printed firearms has been seized by police during a search warrant executed at a Henderson property in west Auckland. Police received information about potential firearms being stored at a property on Kingsdale Rd on Wednesday. The Armed Offenders Squad assisted in the operation to secure the site. Detective senior sergeant Josh Lautogo said officers acted swiftly to arrest one person and secure several items of interest.

More dangerous to the firer. Top one broken in half the others also exprimented with.
Still its a cache of 3d fightening stuff. Cops said so.

Fun fact NZ has more road cones per capita than any other country.

Should be able to sue for stupidity like this..

In retrospect... considering his shooting stance... he deserves, at the very least, a fine.

New M7 verdict.

And at long last the new Glock generation 6 launches amid Glock's usually fanfare of middleness.

No need for me to post a link. This thing will be inescapable on GunTube all weekend.

Gun Jesus is normally better in his historic wheelhouse. But he does an effective job of correlating some of the lessons of history to what this new rifle looks like.

He also raises some valid points about the rapidly evolving state of warfare at the moment. He didn't believe this would get adopted. I remember him saying that more than the once he shows in his video.

Before adoption I too thought this program was the usual government circle ... spend. Lotsa talk. Limos, hookers, and blow. Then nothing happens. You know. Tradition.

I will give this. I saw the new optic on a normal rifle. I don't have the knowledge or experience to render anything close to an opinion that matters. But I though maybe this optic is the best thing in this whole mess.

So long as you can hold steady. The cartridge and cost for a budget minded organization that prizes lowest cost was polar opposite of the caseless and polymer offerings. Maybe they saw their intitial ideal fail and had to salvage something.
They really flipped out on the gun.

Proof if any were needed that gun law changes are about disarming the population, not keeping it safe, Dane Giraud writes, 'Religious fanaticism was behind Bondi. That is not a speech problem. It is an intelligence, security and cultural problem. It requires surveillance, confronting extremist networks and cutting off funding, and actively empowering moderate voices within Muslim communities.' https://www.thepost.co.nz/nz-news/3...-more-curbs-hate-speech-and-protest-heres-why

Yet Australian politicians are taking the opportunity to increase restrictions on firearms, here https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/world/58...terrorist-attack-here-s-what-you-need-to-know

Which is why America has the Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution [that] protects the right to keep and bear arms. It was ratified on December 15, 1791, not so that 2025 Trans kids can shoot their classmates for not including "them/they", but to keep the government honest as the people could protect themselves against tyranny.

And this is why the anti gun lobby will not argue on freedom of choice & safety, but rather the emotional 'gunsbad' & 'gunskill' angle with 'how many more need to die before you do something about it!?'

But this is all too difficult and intellectual for the left and is counter to their big government dreams where them/ they are not responsible for anything and the government will do everything.

I need a lie down now

Ground hog days for guns, they have stated only one gun... so would end up with a barrel swapping single shot and then no barrel swap.
