Hi, I believe this is not The Guard Jaeger Regiment, but The Utti Jaeger Regiment based on the unit patch on sleeve of the closest dude in the picture.

It could be also, that troops in the formation are mixed and matched, so that the corner man with the unit patch visible is Utti-Dude, and the Guards Jaegers just don't have their patches visible.

Coast guard headed out to live fire exercise to train shooting down drones. After which they will probably continue in readiness to shoot down possible stray drones. Navy, Air Force and Army have also already been in readiness. Aim would of course to shoot them over the sea, rather than allowing them to drop on land like last week.

Bridge building exercise with civilian partners (english subs). This shows one of the benefits of total defense model. Army doesn't need to have all the expertise and equipment. It can simply get those from the civilian sector in war time.

Mighty Arrow 26 exercise, Southwestern Finland, 2026
The Finnish Army’s Armoured Brigade (Panssariprikaati) will led the exercise at the Pohjankangas Firing Range and Training Area in Niinisalo until the 5 May, including:
2,800 Personnel
350 International troops
500 Vehicles
160 Tanks
In addition to Finnish troops, allied contingents form Estonia and Lithuania will also participate in the exercise. This year, in addition to heavier equipment, several different types of drones will be operated in the exercise by national and allied troops.

They also used civilian partners when blowing up the bridge, which was surprising to me. Longer video about that part of the exercise with english subs.
EDIT: Then again, not that surprising as most people who work in the sector probably start with pioneer training under their belt.
