At the Turkish museum at Karaoglanoglu in North Cyprus, they have a collection of knocked out Greek National Guard AFVs, including this exhibit they have named a Dingo. I suspect they mean Australia rather than Austria as the country of origin. I understand that the Greek National Guard had three Ford Lynx command vehicles, a derivative of the Dingo, but this looks like a Marmon Herrington to me, although I am no expert. Any views?
