Although these patches have not yet been confirmed by any Turkish officials, but at least the background image of one of the patches is from the al-Watiyah air base in northwest of Libya, that has been captured recently by GNA.

Turkey's state news agency Anadolu, quoting an unnamed GNA military official, said the raid against al-Watiya was carried out by "unidentified planes" and there were no casualties.

"Materials recently deployed to reinforce anti-aerial capacities were damaged," Anadolu reported.

During its advance towards Tripoli last year, the LNA was assisted by Egyptian and UAE air raids. Last month, the United States said Russia had sent at least 14 MiG29 and Su-24 warplanes to an LNA base.

The GNA and LNA are now mobilising forces at the new front lines between the cities of Misrata and Sirte.

Egypt has warned any Turkish-backed effort to take Sirte, which the LNA captured in January, could lead its army to directly intervene.

Also French position changing, from ft.com:
President Emmanuel Macron insists Paris has now adopted a neutral stance and that it fully supports the UN-supported peace process in Libya agreed by international powers in January. But some suggest the claimed recalibration and the French criticism of Ankara have more to do with the Tripoli government’s success since April in repelling Mr Haftar’s offensive, with the help of weapons and mercenaries sent by Turkey. “The French have realised Haftar has become a liability and not an asset any more,” one veteran western diplomat says of the French position. “I believe they are embarrassed because once again they made a mistake. Faced with this mistake, they have to justify it and they blame Turkey.”

The rumor mill says these were Russian aircraft which hit the Turkish base. Also, Russian insignia was painted over when they stopped to refuel in Syria.

If Turkey is fighting Russians in both Libya and Syria, how well do they expect their shiny, new S400 to work, the ones which Erdo gave up the F-35 for? Personally, I'm glad Turkey isn't getting the F-35, since I don't trust the new Sultan as far as I can throw him.

The eastern-based Libyan parliament, which supports the Libyan National Army (LNA), has given go-ahead to the Egyptian armed forces to intervene in the Libyan conflict.

In early June, Egypt put forward the Cairo peace initiative, outlining a path for a political settlement in Libya and calling for warring parties to cease fire since 8 June. The proposal was welcomed by the Arab League, Russia, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, but was rejected by the Government of National Accord (GNA) and Turkey.

“We call for joint efforts between the two brotherly nations – Libya and Egypt – in order to defeat the occupier and maintain our common security and stability in our country and region,” the statement read.

It added that the parliament “welcomes the words of the Egyptian President, spoken in the presence of representatives of Libyan tribes.”

“The Egyptian armed forces have the right to intervene to protect Libyan and Egyptian national security if they see an imminent threat to the security of our two countries,” the statement added.

Turkey has deployed Ukrainian S-125D ( 5V27D-M2) Medium Altitude Air Defense Systems to Libya. S-125D is operated by GNA forces (plausible deniability)

Egypt's S-300?
While few days ago Russian airforce An-124 arrived to Libya for the first time, me think it is to fast to deliver from Russia and deploy these systems for the one or two days.
