good morning, cordial greeting, I would not believe in those "signed agreements" with ANY COUNTRY, unfortunately the current situation shows us something completely different, so let's prepare to cover the elevated train tracks between Buenaventura and Cartagena with the "letters of intent" , "memorandums of understanding" and "agreements" for the acquisition of weapons, since NONE EXISTS and even less so in this political situation

The source of the news is here

And it says nothing less nothing more that South Korea and Colombia have signed a written agreement to mutually recognize military airworthiness certification, the South Korean Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) reported.

That doesnt mean that there are "letters of intent" of future business.

So all we know the real and actual political situation of Colombia right now. For sure by the end of the next year the Colombian Air Force will not have a real jet to defends its air space. so after that it will be a great deal. for sure the actual goverment will prepare to cover the elevated train tracks between Buenaventura and Barranquilla. the general opinion and the local press make a good deal after that.

Today we commemorate the seventh anniversary of the Special Forces Division, and we want to tell Colombians that a commando is a soldier who trains day by day in techniques and tactics, basing his conduct on principles and values, being loyal to the country, the Constitution and the family. The Special Forces are key to military operations in the development of institutional and military control throughout the national territory. They are the Honor Guard of Colombians!
