How was this done? any tips on settings etc

Hi Herc15,
Taken with a Pentax SFX camera, at F4 at 1/400ASA on Ilford Delta monochrome film and it was handheld. The trick is to wait for the N0.1 to shout "Fire" then hit the shutter .. just lucky
