Sexual assaults are notoriously underreported in most countries of the world, especially those where the victim could be shamed or the police are viewed as taking allegations not seriously enough.

And you'd have to compare the letter of the law, too, to see what even counts as sexual assault in both countries.

It's quite possible that there are way more rapes than just 477 in Hungary, but they simply go not reported.
