How it started:

How it's going:

(Before anyone wonders why I put this here, the Archbishop of Canterbury is imo really a mere figurehead for Labour policy. For reference read below)

Minimal efforts there Colin, sorry to bug you as annoying Mod but see Mike1976 above who at least explain things a bit. Lololol hardly tell us more about the video you are sharing.

I just came across this, pls tell me it's a joke👀

....

Meanwhile, in the UK, a natural sandwich is already marked with a carbon score indicating that whoever eats it will use 8.1% of their social credit, which is tied to their Digital Identity, on what they call their daily allowance.

Each food item will have a percentage up to (100%).

It looks to me like it's there for the kind of people who care about such things. And for the rest of the populace, they don't care and don't need to.

That's how oppression starts, as a seemingly sensible way to address an issue. Then it gets increasingly mandatory because of alledged urgency (the populace "just not getting it").

And that's how you end up in a China.

All products are going to have to state their CO2 'cost'. This may actually be part of the fight back on manufacturing, as we will see the real cost of making stuff in china, versus Europe/UK. I cant think many people will choose sandwiches on Co2 level, and if they do try and track personal use, then cash will make a big comeback.....

Which is why the EU (and no doubt the UK too, they go to the same conferences like those of Soros, Bilderberg etc) is digitizing money entirely step by step so there is no alternative.

Walking straight into 1984 out of convenience.

Where do you find the 100% ones?

Do you get a prize if you reach 100%?

What if you go over 100%?

Yesterday's Caerphilly by-election. 3713 vegetables still voted Labour. The seat had been held by Labour for over a century.

and yet most media highlights that reform didnt win.

No-one has asked what happens when there is no 'local' party.

At the moment it still looks like ferage will be our next PM.

Looking back, Boris wasn’t that bad though I’m relatively aware of the 10 Downing Street Covid parties controversies and others we discussed then. Politics is an eternal merry go round, if you get Farage sometimes soon, more power to you.

Boris didnt do detail, or any creative plan. but he could get people believing in him, and the UK. 100%leader, 0% manager.

Rishi probably the most intelligent, but he knew it wasnt going to work - safe pair of hands.

Starmer, lifelong lawyer. are there many people that think Lawyers should be running things. Lawyers spend their time arguing why you shouldn't do it, not their job to get things done. 0%leader, 60% manager.

Add in the bizarre focus on muslim security, and safety, and now he is pushing digital ID - never mentioned in manifesto, and frankly the more he pushes it, the more everyone assumes he has some evil intent, and pushes back harder.

They were being sarcastic or deliberately misleading, no such thing as "social credit" in the UK.

No need to regulate anything there. The people have voted with their feet. Because, apparently, it's much more convenient to pay for your cinnamon buns with your smartphone and some server farm-slaved app than a bunch of coins.
Looking back, Boris wasn’t that bad though
Yeah, he'd have you believe that.

Just to be clear, Starmer is the absolutely worst leader the UK could be stuck with right now; even Farage might do a better job, provided he sees an opportunity to make a few extra millions here and there, because that's all Nigel Farage has ever cared about.

But the UK is where it is now because of the Tories, not Labour. Cameron ruined the state's finances by stepping on the austerity pedal for too long, causing a tidal wave of an investment backlog; and May and Johnson lost the UK hundreds of billions through their bungled Brexit negotiations, and accelerated migration in a misguided belief that the UK needed cheap labour to get out of the Covid slump. Johnson is personally responsible for much of that slump. First, he didn't want to do anything to contain the pandemic, then he had to spend a night on a ventilator and totally freaked out about it, imposing draconian measures.

The only good thing Johnson's ever done was to take a stand against Putin and support Ukraine unreservedly.
