Photos Brazilian Military

The Armadillo TA-2 system is essentially a lightweight rocket system with a range of 3 to 12 km, developed and supplied to the Brazilian Army by Mac Jee. The rocket launcher is operated by a single soldier, plus a vehicle driver, with two modules on its launch platform, ready for firing, each containing 24 70-mm rockets, for a total of 48 units.

The Brazilian Army participated in the official inauguration of the production line for the 4x4 ‘Guaicurus’ Light Multirole Wheeled Armored Vehicle (VBMT-LSR) — LMV — at the Iveco Defence Vehicles (IDV) plant in Brazil, as well as the launch of new specialized versions of the 6x6 Guarani Armored Vehicle. The contract signed between the Army and IDV calls for the delivery of 420 Guaicuru vehicles by 2033, with 15 units already scheduled for this year.

The “Brazilian home of the F-5EM/FM Tiger II” / Between March 13 and 20, the Brazilian Air Force conducted an air combat training exercise from Canoas Air Base (Rio Grande do Sul State), involving F-5EM/FM Tiger II fighters. The activity, a routine part of the force’s operational calendar, was aimed at maintaining the pilots’ proficiency in air-to-air combat scenarios.
