They are being funded, organized and talking to each other. There is always people that act as an initiator, even in anarchist groups.
They show up to rallies across states and even countries with professionally made identical signs and other attributes within a very short time span of an event said to be the spark to the "spontaneous" protests (riots). That requires high level coordination, logistics and funding.
Many of them are unemployed or broke students. They must be getting the money from somewhere. Follow the money and you'll find the leadership even if the average Antifa associate doesn't see them as a leader.

In a strange way I'm not in complete disagreement with you. I don't think "comedians" should be cancelled at all, to be perfectly honest. The audience will decide if they find them entertaining and if they have a future. And the audience has rendered their judgement on Kimmel. Now if ABC/Disney wants to lose $50 million per year on him, they'll have to explain that to their shareholders.
The real joke is his show is still cancelled by 2/3 of the cable suppliers.
Pretend it didn't happen.
They thought progressive woke would become mainstream and everyone would love it, say whatever puke they like from such as fake Kimmel from the chauvinist man show. Their progressive hero is a fake prop.
