But didn't the constitution say "person" instead of "citizen"?

Yes it's clear that it applies to all person's and not just citizens. As it should be in a civilized country (I think we all copied this fromthe US...) as there are plenty of people in a country without citizenship. I guess some people think they can be treated in what ever arbitrary manner without a regard to the law.

I understand the problem. For example our push back laws faced constitutional issue for same reason (but was passed anyway). Reasoning being that those people are not yet in the country.

Other extreme then is our ridiculous law that means you can keep appealing the deportation indefinitely if you come up with new reasons...

Initially, the migrants stayed at a St. Andrew's Episcopal Church shelter on Martha's Vineyard. The woman who runs the shelter told NPR, "Everything from beds to food to clothing to toothbrushes, toothpaste, blankets, sheets. I mean, we had some of it ... but we did not have the numbers that we needed." High-school Spanish students assisted as translators. Some migrants said they were promised jobs on Martha's Vineyard; when they arrived, peak employment season was over, and part-time residents were leaving. Massachusetts governor Charlie Baker then helped them voluntarily relocate by ferry to Joint Base Cape Cod where support services existed.

That doesn't sound like forceful removal without due process to me, though.

Illegal, is Illegal.
There is no 'due process'. No passport or visa to your nation of origin you go.
You cross anyone's border with no documentation, that's on YOU. Not the nation you infiltrated. .

This never ending possibility of appeals is something that will put "due process" in jeopardy. I am for due process, but one cannot ignore that the legal entities are swamped.

Huh? I never said illegal immigration was legal, so I have a hard time following this conversation.

Your message: Illegals at Martha's vineyard were removed without due process.
My message: It sounded more like a voluntary relocation.
Your message: Illegal is illegal.

If you refer to my earlier comment, it's the US constitution that says "person" not "citizen". I didn't write it.
Usually the Americans tend to protect their constitution, but now they make it sound like a hindrance.

I believe the congress can change the laws and the constitution to suit the current needs better?

Trump accepting a Qatari 747 as a gift, is clearly a joke right? Right?!

Interesting book keeping
Trump presidential library foundation
Seemed peculiar how Biden, part of the quiet coup was a library. Bribery section.

Regarding the Qatari 747, which has been sitting in the US unused for a couple of years now, I suspect is a shot across Boeing's bow, because they are years behind schedule on the new AF1s.
