After getting back into Scale Modelling last year after a 30 year hiatus, I thought I'd stray from my current WW2 Armour focus and look to do a modern fighter Aircraft build.
...and what could be more topical than a Ukrainian MiG-29 build? I bought the Great Wall Hobby Fulcrum-C, a DN Models mask, and Hataka Ukrainian Colours Paint Set and slapped them together....
Some notes:-
- I must be too used to Tamiya Kits that just fall together easily - kinda struggled assembling this. A number of fit issues, not sure I'll look at GWH again..
- My first time using the DN Masks. Very nicely done but perhaps not made with this exact kit in mind.
- My first time using Hataka Paints. Probably should have bought their Thinner too....
-There's a few mistakes - no doubt caused by semi-middle aged enthusiasm.
- It remains a Work in Progress.
