1991: On the way into Kuwait City you could see a lot of destroyed Iraqi armour which was probably hit during the battle of al-Khafji. This tank was probably only about 10 or so km from the Saudi-Kuwait frontier crossing.
This tank rolled off a cliff after sitting in an overwatch position during Reforger 78. Injures were some broken bones and a couple of concussions. The tank broken 5 tortion bars and the turret was suspect. The tank belonged to 1/33 Armor 2nd BDE 3rd AD.
