"Blue Max – an ounce of metal and silver, the medal offered for 20 kills."

Still better flying movie than Flyboys; it has got a solid story, the airplanes are magnificent to watch, on the ground as well as in the air, the music is jarring, the characters are somewhat shallow, and there´s almost no development at all but it tells a story of bravery and air battle history in an era of clashes between nations on one side, and between old tactics and chivalry and new modernized weapons and warfare on the other.
