More like during the late Poroshenko regime. I was surprised to see Savage sniper rifles, to be honest.

Yes, during the late period of Poroshenko's cadence. However, the rifles were paid for by/through Roshen corp. so yeah, basically Poroshenko, but... details, details. Well, Savages were criticized a bit for a "black barell", still overall it was superb editions to the Army sniper arsenal considering it wasn't just rifle, but also full kit: quality suppressors, NF scopes, thermals etc.

Btw, the videos from 2019 Sigma Warrior Challenge came up. Ukrainian Mobile Border Guard Unit DOZOR took part. It is a challenge between mostly border guard units for the exceptions of latvian law enforcment units as Latvia is the host and 10th SFG that takes part nominaly.

Ukrainian Navy Day without an actual Navy. Maybe someday, but it's an important to keep the tradition going and honor the memory of the fallen warriors.

If we're considering a functional fleet, then no, it is not likely to change in the future. At this point in time Ukraine can't afford the upkeep of a fleet large enough to counter the RF's Black Sea battle-group. Coastal defense, patrols and troops transportation is the best what UA Navy is capable of realistically now and in future. Imo, the best course of action is to concentrate on the development of effective anti-ship missiles and expansion of navy special forces.

This is what is called "Naval Exercise" in Ukraine. I have no idea what kind of mad skills one has to have to hit anything from a moving vessel while firing SPG-9.
