RNZN have 2 frigates but no Destroyers. They use the SH2G (I) Super Seasprite as their standard Helo.

I don't know the details but I guess our resident Kiwis are more knowledgable.
It is a multirole in RNZN use. Its used for anti surface, ASW, SAR, surveillance and as a general utility airframe.

Marching onward Army recruits from Kapy’ong Company have their mettle tested during a soldiering exercise in the Waiouru Training Area.
These recruits now have their graduation parade within their sights, having entered their final month of training.
Recruit training is an intense 16 weeks, full of physically and mentally demanding challenges. After graduating, each soldier will be posted to their units to begin corps training, specific to their chosen trade.
